Wait, Nate is a FA? Damn. Figured Chicago would have kept him around. He's great coming off the bench and Chicago desperately needs players to help out its offense when its 2nd unit is on the floor.

The Heat are keeping the big 3 together for now it looks like which is weird to me cause Bosh is not living up to the hype.. I think Bosh needs to be more than a 3rd option if people really want to see what he can do. Him playing second and third fiddle to Batman N Robin really aint the business imo

I totally agree, if they want a chance at winning again Wade will have to become the 3rd option on limited minutes and play great D and Bosh should get the touches Wade gets.

I can not believe I never thought of that. Way better than trading Wade, but Wade will have to agree to it.

While we were all caught up in the Dwight drama tonight, the Hawks made 2 solid signings as they brought over Milsap & Carrol from Utah.

But now that they got Milsap I'm guessing they will not be trading for Asik because I don't think Milsap sign for 9.5 mill per yr to come off the bench and Asik already made it be known that he wants to be a starter

Milsap is signed and ready to go. Not sure about Carroll, though.

Mike Miller got amnestied. I wonder if any other team will pick him up. He's so beat up he's basically useless unless you already have a stacked team. Miami basically kept him benched for the last 2 years and just let him out of the wrapper come playoff time to shoot some 3s. It worked for them but there's very few teams that could do the same with him

But he could do wonders for a team like the Clippers or possibly Brooklyn. The latter situation will be interesting to see if he'd want to play with KG and Pierce.

The Hawks' owners always go the cheap route.

1. They took Millsap, cheaper than Josh Smith.
2. They kept Teague, cheaper than a REAL PG.
3. They kept Korver, cheaper than Iggy and nearly everyone else.

With the exception of arguably their best player. It could be a difficult transition for Denver depending on what kind of offense Shaw installs, especially if going from an uptempo offense to a more structured triangle-type offense.
