Robert Swift is missing from that list.
Dam.......did we all forget Darius Miles? Sebastian Telfair?
Not sure why Oden is number 1. Injuries derailed his career, not poor play.
I dont know if its too early but how about that Frederette kid from Utah?
Len Bias anyone?
I think what contributes more, is the fact that Portland passed on Durrant. With as unfortunate as his injuries have been, the TB will always be know for taking Oden over KD
When Oden was healthy, he proved he could play in the NBA. That's why I don't understand him being labeled as a bust.Len Bias anyone?

Portland did have a hole on their roster at the Center position, that's why they chose Bowie. The year before they drafted Clyde Drexler and didn't need a shooting guard like an MJ.And Sam Bowie over Jordan
I have several draft rules......NEVER take size, or potential over SKILL and ability. And never take guards(PGs, SGs) that can't handle the rock. Never draft on potential unless you have no holes on your roster.
It always amazes me that teams do just what I typed above with #1 picks and always end up with a bust on their hands.

How in the hell can Bias be a bust when he never played a single minute in the NBA?
Bust to me means that the player has been givin' the chance to prove himself, but showed he didn't belong in the league....like Adam Morrison or Darko etc..

Sorry......didn't sense the sarcasm. It's all good, manIt was a joke. Obviously the guy was going to be 'a bust' in the league after he coked himself to death.
