Latavious Murray being selected was a little weird. Lot of other good RBs still available.

I like how OD says there are "alot of big time RBs" left in the draft, and yet can't remember the names of one of them

Why Carolina chose Barner is a mystery. This is a team with a running QB and three good RB's. They needed a FS or DT and chose a RB, sounds about like what the last GM would do, maybe this new guy is the same as the old.

I wish I could pull for the Panthers. I've tried and there just isn't any attachment to them what so ever. I guess I'll always be a Cowboys fan at heart.

Yeah, I sometimes halfheartedly cheer for the Falcons since I spent a year in Atlanta, and I mildly follow the Florida teams (and violently hate the Dolphins), but never has any team meant to me what the Vikings do.

No. He should have been 1st overall.

Swope was drafted.

Yep.....his low melanin content only cost him a couple of million.....now he gets to play on a few practice squads before being cut from the league....or if he's really lucky he might even make a team and serve his racial apprenticeship on the bench....before finally getting a chance to play when 3 or 4 "real athletes" go down to injury (see Peyton Hillis story).....

There are a lot of athletes that wouldn't have gotten a chance to play if it weren't for injuries....Not sure why you think race is a factor

He is injury prone, something none of us knew(except TexasMan). That is the reason, happy??

Didn't Tiki Barber get his first start because of a major injury to the starter? He's not white.
