A QB can NOT spike the ball to stop the clock with less than 4 seconds remaining on the clock
This is absolutely ridiculous
I also think there will be a 3sec rundown but don't have confirmation of that.
NCAA approved rule for 2013 requires ejection of players who target & contact defenseless players above shoulders and 15 yard penalty.
NCAA has denied a proposal prohibiting jersey to be a different color than field.
i.e. Boise can wear Blue at home.

Fuck that stupid rule right up the arse. Refs are gonna get to pick and choose who gets ejected now. How the hell will they know if it's intentional or not? They won't!
This might cause a ref to get his ass kicked. Might as well get ejected for a good reason.
Haha wow. Is there a reason for the rule change?
Is this subtle irony or do you really not watch your team?
Edit: By the way, this is a subtle dig at the NCAA and their inability to competently correct problems.
it said if there's 1 or 2 seconds left on the clock, a spike would run that time down.
