I don't think it was electronically timed. I read an article where a Vikings scout said he had him timed in the 4.3's in all three of his runs.

He played for Northern Iowa (an FCS school, I believe) and only had about 400 yards receiving last season, so it's not surprising that you hadn't heard of him. I hadn't heard of him either until this tale that he ran 4.19 came out.
