The Boys gifted the Thanksgiving game. As long as they don't shoot themselves in the foot right off the bat they should win this game. They are the better team, even if Ware is playing hurt and their B Team defense is playing.

They gifted the Thanksgiving game??? Are you fucking kidding me??

I was giddy at halftime hoping Washington would beat them down by like 40 in the Jerry Dome. Seriously. Dallas was lucky to leave with a respectable score.

Not to say that would translate that to this week. Cowpies are formidable..but the Skins are better.

I am seriously smelling a 3 INT meltdown by Homo.

Fuck him and fuck the cowboys!!!!

Ficken Sie ihn und ficken Sie die Cowboyss

I hope Jerry Jones has his son-in-law at the game. He'll need him to wipe his glasses because he won't believe the atrocity he's witnessing!!

Alright, it's game day. Shit is getting real! I plan on getting there nice and early for some good tailgating and to be in the stadium about an hour before kickoff. Fuck Dallas! Hail to the Redskins!

So let me get something straight here -- If the Bears and Vikings lose today, the Redskins automatically get in the playoffs whether they win or lose?

Yep. If those two teams lose and we do as well, we'll enter as the sixth seed Wild Card. If those two teams lose and we beat Dallas and the Giants beat Philly, NY gets the Wild Card. If Dallas loses the game, they are going home to cry in their Romo Flakes.

I don't think Skins fans realize this "rivalry" means more to them than it does to Dallas fans.

Son of a B....

As a Cowboys fan I hate to say this : I was kind of hoping we lose today so we could go after Shawn Payton, but since he's back w/ the Saints looks like we are stuck w/ J. Garrett. :mmph:

I figured we were stuck with him a few weeks back. We'd need to be blown out and embarrassed today and maybe that won't even do it.

Dude almost anybody is better than Garrett.

I'm still trying to figure out WHAT it is he supposedly does well. He sucks as an OC, he can't manage the clock, and we're always having to come from behind to win. We still lead the league in penalties......just exactly what is it he brings to the table???

Send this question to Bob Costas, maybe he can ask it to Jerry Jones before tonight's game.

Jerry needs somebody to push around like a Garrett, Wade Phillips, Dave Campo type personality. Any coach w/ any balls John Gruden or Bill Cowher wouldn't put up w/ his :ss:

First of all, there is no spotlight in hockey. It is in a lockout and nobody gives a shit about it except for Canadians bc they dont have shit else.

And second, if you dont think Cowboys QB dont have more pressure on them bc of the past and expectations, you dont watch football.

And wasnt asking you if you gave a shit about the Cowboys. Bc I dont give a shit either. I said the Dallas Cowboys QB position has the most pressure on them. It is true. The media are all over the Cowboys, that is all they talk about, other than Rex, Sanchize and the shitty Jets.

Yeah you explained other big players and situations but none are ever bigger than Dallas, Jerry Jones, and "Americas team". If you think Tony Romo is in the spotlight for another reason thsn he is the Cowboys QB you are delusional. If he played for another team he would in the last 15 mins of Sportscenter. IT IS BC HE IS THE COWBOYS QB, and it adds to it that he chokes up at the end of game, that just adds to the exposure and media blabbing.

Tony Romo is in the spotlight because he has a chance to earn a trip to the playoffs on the last week of the season, a chance his team has missed several times in the past. If the 'Boys were 7-8 instead of 8-7, he would NOT be in the first half of Sportscenter.

If you'd asked me at the start of the year which QB was in the biggest spotlight and why, I'd have told you Andrew Luck, RG3, and Peyton Manning. The first because of going first overall and having to replace a star long runner QB like Manning, the second because of the ridiculous trade the Redskins made, and the third because he was a star coming back from major surgery. My fourth would have been Vick, but I'll disallow that for homerism.

And finally: "America's Team" is from a 1978 season highlight film. It's just a nickname. It doesn't mean America actually cares about them.

This is pretty false all the way around.

Look up the top rated games in terms of TV ratings this year......hell ALL TIME. You'll find out Dallas was in at least 6 of the top 10 games.

The NFL and every single advertiser knows one thing - The Dallas Cowboys on TV in any game is like printing money. NO franchise in NORTH AMERICA makes more money, gets higher ratings, and sells more merchandise than them - not even the Yankees.

The only sports franchise in the world more valuable is Man U. This is all verifiable fact.

EVERYONE cares about the Cowboys. You either love them, or hate them......but you WATCH them.

And Tony Romo is the most scrutinized QB in all of football bar none, it's not even a debate. People don't even look at his numbers - if he isn't winning a SB, he's a bum.....doesn't matter that his stats alone are HOF worthy, and that only 4 QBs in the last decade have put up more TDs, yards, or QB rating.
