Told ya the Clippers were ripe for the pickin'.

Its more than the Clippers, the Warriors have played everybody tough this season. I think the only bad blowouts were the Thunder, which they'll at least play tough coming up soon and the first Lakers game, which they followed up with a game where they should've beat the Lakers (blew a 24 pt 4th quarter lead).

This is a scrappy, tough, good shooting team. There are no excuses or "caught a team at a good time"'s about it. Every night this team goes in with a chance to win.

I can't remember EVER seeing another team with this kind of chemistry, they remind me of a March Madness team.

Hold onto your seats, this is going to be a fun ride, fellas.

Wasn't it 14? Still, point made. It reminds me of the 2007 team or, you may be too young to remember, the 1975 NBA Championship team. I am really enjoying the success of this team and look forward to a possible Bogut return late in the year to help with a playoff run. The Grizzlies will be a tough matchup on Tuesday and the Clippers will be playing with a chip on their shoulder come Sunday.

4-1 so far.

That Clipper matchup ain't looking as difficult as I originally thought, given the Clips play The Lakers the night before. Next 9 games:

@LAC
MEM
POR
@DEN
MIA
@SA
@NO
LAC
OKC

Any chance they get 4 wins out of this?

That'll be twice in a row then that the Dubs have caught the Clippers on the tail end of a back-to-back when they themselves are well rested. I'm interested in the Grizzlies game. They are a tough team and I'd like to see the Warriors show against them. That schedule above is a tough row to hoe though. I'd say they'd be favored in two of those games but they've surprised us all season.

Wait....the Warriors won by 20 points? But, but but, tweezil told us t expect a lot of losing.:hurt:

Why don't you go back to predicting that Nolan would be a winning coach, or that the Giants losses in Cincy in 2010 and 2012 "doomed them."

You should really work on the silence thing -- it's your most pleasant stance.

They've already exceeded expectations with last night's win, but I'd think they'll win 3 of the next nine. Let's hope they surprise again.

We've always had years where we just don't match up well with certain teams. This year it might seem like the Clippers just may not match up well with us for a change. Looking at the next 9 games I would say I could feel confident about 2: Portland and New Orleans. They have 4 winnable/challenging games: Clippers, Memphis, Denver and Clippers. They have 3 really tough games: Heat, Spurs, Thunder.

Best case scenario is they go 5-4. Take the two games they should win, split against the winnable/challenging games and steal 1 from the tough games. I think this is a plausible situation as we are playing the Clippers well, Denver is tough at home but we have played them great all year and the Grizz have been sliding a bit.

Worst case is going 3-6. If there's anything I've seen from this team this year is that they're resilient and they will compete night in and night out.

I watched that game, the lead got higher than 14 in the 4th. Let me try to find the exact, I could've sworn it was 24 though.

Maybe I carried a 1 or something. I wish I could find the game to re watch.

Either way, your point that it was a lead that a good team should hold is accurate.

Should we be happy or sad the Clips beat the Lakers? ;)

At least the Lakers made a game out of it.

Last game against the Clippers Jack played a terrible game.

I really don't think we lose too much with more Curry and Jenkins. Jenkins is a player that I really like.

Jenkins can shoot lights out from mid range. Love that. But I also love having Jack controlling the game on the offensive end in the 4th quarter. Yep, he was horrible against the Clips, but he's been a stud all year.

Hope he plays tonight.

Oh, he played. Complete shitshow from beginning to end. Let's see how they handle the adversity; I had this game as a loss anyhow. 1-1 in this ten game stretch so far, I had them starting 0-2.

That thud you heard last night was the Warriors crashing back down to earth in spectacular fashion. Man, what a complete beatdown that was!

Up next, the Grizz; Hopefully the Warriors will take it out on them.

Another turnover fiasco. 1-2 so far (I had them 0-3). They should get a win Friday.

The Warriors got a real taste of some playoff basketball last night. These grind it out, physical, defensive games are to be expected if they're to take the next step. I was very encouraged at their tenacity and their ability to come back from that large deficit (14 at one point). I was pleased with their defensive effort, especially being very undersized at times. Offensively they could have cleaned it up a bit, but Memphis is a great defensive team. And hey Ezeli caught the ball a few times without just fumbling it out of bounds. Progress people!

The Warriors are 4-3 in their last 7 games against some tough opponents(all game I predicted btw). I have them going 1-3 in their next 4. They should beat Portland. Denver is always tough to play at home, but if we can steal a game there and go 2-2 in this 4 game stretch, I'd be very pleased. Don't sleep on the Miami game too. Lebron is the best player in the game, but we can exploit a lot of matchups with them as well.
