Yeah, when something real comes out I'll do what's neccesary, until then I'm just considering it another SBB or Clay Travis type of wishful thinking. Although, I wouldn't want Trooper Taylor anywhere near Bama's program, guy just rubs me the wrong way.

Oh, I definitely think there's substance, I'm just reserving judgement until something is proven. Trooper and Looper have been off the recruiting trail for a while now I think, it's just been kinda quiet up until now.

It does make one wonder if any program has ever brought a little trouble on themselves to get out of a big buyout or something similar. Yeah, it's a long shot, but I've really never thought about it before.

Anyway, since 2010, Audurn hasn't been getting their monies worth with the free agency high school / jr. college market.

yeah, neither have I. I guess it depends on how bad the violations are. 2 years probation would be worse than a $7 mil buyout

This is true. I doubt, in most cases, that it'd be worth it. Too much money to lose from other sources.

The NCAA probe is reportedly more widespread than just Robinson, however, but is not believed to involve the 2010 allegations involving Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Cam Newton.
