Beamer and Stinespring must be bros, that's the only way to explain why Beamer keeps him around.

 so much for my 15-3 thread; looks like the ACC will have at least one embarrassing OOC loss. Probably two when Maryland loses the Randy Edsall Bowl

Looks like Clemson - FSU winner is going to have to represent well in post season.

Hey, knowing VT, we'll probably lose this game in embarrassing fashion then go on to sweep the conference. That will give everyone else fodder to "LOL, ACC Champ lost to sucky ass Pitt".

Pitt is not as shitty as they showed the first two games, but VT has done nothing right in this game. Obviously Stinespring failed to watch Pitt's last game and the fact that Cincy had a lot of success running to the outside on Pitt. But most alarming is that the VT D-line is getting owned.

I actually laughed at that, then thought about how true it really is. VT is truly the model for consistency. Win 10 games each year. In doing so, lose to a really good team and at least one WTF! game. We just look horrible right now and Pitt is capitalizing and playing lights out. I was thinking this game would be close with VT winning, but never thought we would be getting blown out.

What sucks is that I postponed going fishing with my uncle until after the game. I think I may call him up and get a couple hours head start after seeing this shitty first half.

The block on that return was damn close to being in the back. Nice score for the Hokies.

I'm sure there were probably some fans that thought he would be in the hunt at the start of the season, but there were also plenty that knew the offense was being rebuilt and would go through plenty of growing pains this season. Personally, I think if he stays for his senior year he may deserve some recognition then, but still has a lot to learn during his second year as a starter.

I do think he'll make a good impression at the next level once he learns the position fully, but will take a few years. His athletic gifts will always be gawked over by scouts. Much like Tyrod really needed all 4 years in college to understand how to play QB.
