Yeah. It's a wonder so many people don't even bother trying to post here very much with almost every thread like this one devolving into an angry pissing contest.

There is a certain poster on here who is just a miserable and bitter a-hole who can't help but attack others in a condescending manner in almost every thread, even ones like this one where the original topic or debate has nothing to do with him. I don't even have to type his name because everyone knows who he is.

The reason jta is liked by most on here is because he talks baseball knowledgeably without resorting to high school insults. For the most part he sticks to talking baseball and doesn't challenge others or insult them unless he is personally attacked first. If others would follow his lead, this board would be a lot more fun.

And for what it's worth, our in-game threads would be virtually dead and non-existent without Romeo and his supposed "non-life". He and I haven't always agreed on everything, but he's extremely passionate about the team and there's nothing wrong with having chatting with other Rangers fans during games as a hobby. I'd rather have "no life" like Romeo than just pop by from time to time to put down others.
