Anyone else think Elvis plays much more mature this year at ss? He's nothing short of exceptional so far. I think YU is starting to see some of these plays behind him and he's beginning to trust his defense and relax and pitch.

Sure wish we could tack on just one insurance run against this lineup. I hate having the tying man up as soon as anyone gets on base.

I have been thinking the same thing. There's too much big lumber on their bench to think that a 2 run lead is even remotely safe.

He had a fast 8th with only 10 pitches, but I think Yu is pulled and Nathan comes in for the save. That is why we have him. If Yu had less than 110 pitches, maybe. But he is slightly over, so sit him down.

Of course he does have an extra day of rest with Scooter being added...
