Is this percentage math right?

It has been 55 years since HS Math for me and I stunk at percentages.

Clark/Jordan TO%

Jordan’s 2,924 turnovers at a 9.3% rate would increase to 7,954 total turnovers at Clark’s 2024 turnover rate of 25.3%

9.3% to 25.3% = 172.04% increase in value

2,924 turnovers + 172.04% = 7,954 turnovers

second off the math is right... but it is all over the place and difficult to understand the way you represent it...
