With upcoming games against Big Ten teams Purdue and USC in 2025, and games against Wisconsin, Michigan State, Purdue and USC in 2026, how has Notre Dame football fared against Big Ten teams?

Cue Gator....
Since 2000, ND is 35-26 vs B1G teams.
In games where ND had a better record than the B1G team ND is 29-8 (37 games).
In games where ND had a worse record than the B1G team ND is 4-17 (that extrapolates to 7-30 for 37 games.
In games where ND had a the same record as the B1G team ND is 2-1.
That extrapolates to 38-38, so I would say that ND has been about as good as the other members of the B1G since 2000.

Not great vs OSU lol

It's been a minute or two, I mean 89 years since N.D. beat Ohio State. Almost as long as it took meeeechegan to win a natty, they had to cheat to win haha. :D

But I am a fan of Marcus Freeman's.

Extrapolates?

Look at the big brain on Brad. Just messing with you, damn dog stole my sobriety. I'm thirsty.

Great breakdown of N.D. vs. the BigTen.

In hopes of starting shit :heh:, hey why the hell not it's the weekend? Notre Dame is scared of the BigTen. That's the real reason they'll never join the conference.

Irish fans...

I would like it that ND joins B1G but that is me. Eventually their independent status will hurt them football wise.
In the interest of CFB, I think ND joining the ACC might be the best. B1G doesn't need any more teams. The ACC has 17 teams and adding ND might stabilize the conference and not lead to teams abandoning the ACC (and make scheduling a little easier).

Agree with you on a quality of conference point and ND would like that as they would be one of THE power teams there. I just think they align better with B1G.

And yet it still wont make your school currently relevant.
Wow.

You throw a shot, puff your chest, and then get all sensitive?

Pick a lane. These Charmin Buckeyes, I tell ya. (Not all!) You guys can’t even take a flag planted on your field after you choke up a game.

Texas and Oregon planted on Michigans field, you didn’t see us melting down and crying

They should have joined like 20 years ago. They are like “that house” that won’t sell so the entire block can be revamped and improved lol.

At least they are not like the Michigan house where the owners think they have best one on the block but it has lots of code violations and is about to be condemned and demolished.

Don’t deflect. OSU was so pathetic in their whining and crying about the flag.

Meanwhile, they dished it out weeks earlier by their Marching Band depicting a bear taking a dump on the Michigan flag. And guess what? That’s a shot, but funny. So.. you’d better win.

So.. You guys did that.. then you lose to us in your house, and your captain is losing his shit, crying on the field and throwing a temper tantrum. Your fans are acting like you’ve been victimized…

You can’t be proud of that. Horrible look for your team

You aren't aware of the history, this dude does this in every OSU thread.

Here’s what I saw:
1. You puff your chest about how “few schools” are good vs OSU
2. He pointed out where you aren’t (on topic)
3. You attacking Florida (off topic)

If you’re going to flex, what about all the teams that have owned you? Maybe just dont flex like that as some superior school. You aren’t (clearly).

You may want to double check who said what, I simply notated OSU owns ND. Which is factual.

Nah,

Teams only drop the flag when you finally beat a better team.

I embrace that you all admit we are better and you finally beat us.
