I can't do a 1st unless I'm getting a 2nd back and the Bengals aren't going to do that. I imagine the price will drop the closer we get to meaningful games. Not on my to do list but worth monitoring imo
Ok brother, here is what Peters should do.

Call Cincy and offer a 2085 7th round pick.

When Cincy accepts, Hendrickson signs an extension with the good guys.
Contract: 3 years at 3 million dollars.

He takes a discount because we have a cool fanbase and because of the amazing posters on this Hoop.

I am going to speak it into existance....just watch!!!!

Hearing Hendrickson talk, he seemed so emotional and on the verge or tears. You can tell he's hurt and feels disrespected. I expect him to play with his hair on fire next year for someone. We are just so low on picks as it is. 2085 works for me. Lol

How about we give up our 1st for Hedrickson and their 2nd rounder

That's my pitch and I'd do it in a minute. Bengals would probably ask for 2027 picks and thats where Howie Roseman comes in. He has a war chest.

i think we should table and trades for hendrickson . you cnt keep your defense young and fast if you dont have picks to replenish it . you cant keep gutting drafts and expect to be long term superbowl contenders in this day and age

No surprise! Chicago kills QBs and to be fair, Washington is just under two years removed from being neck and neck with them in terms of dysfunction.
Bears with Ben Johnson, the rebuild offensive line, Burden and Loveland should be much improved.

I think Williams will turn out to be the qb the bears want
I am about to turn 69. In all those years I remember Jim McMahon, Jay Cutler and Rex Grossman as their top QBs .... but you may be right.

Didn't the Bears do some type of dance video or something? Was it an SNL skit or serious?

It was painful to watch as a kid. I remember McMahon trying to moonwalk or something? It was awful.

The SuperBowl shuffle. They were serious. They made it mid-season. Basically called their shot. One of the most dominant defenses I've ever seen.

I think he gets a pass. It wasn't so much the city it was the coaches. If Ben was there last year, I don't think Caleb has an issue. To your point if he struggles this year, especially with the weapons he has, they are going to let him hear it.
