Cavs won’t shoot 9-38 again but pacers very capable of making 19 threes again if they get those same looks

Having a role player who takes his game to another level in the playoffs like this is special

I feel like in today's NBA it's not even about the looks you get from 3.

It's just about heat check.

That said, Cavs panicked down the stretch.

Cavs just did not shoot well---- must win on Tuesday.....I think Indiana was hot from the beginning and the Cavs looked a little slow.....hopefully that changes

Houston is the better team imo but they ain't got shit on the warriors and their ability to close.

CAVS FANS: Step off the 480 Bridge for a second and realize…
- Game 1 was a trap game in every sense. We sat for a week after we swept Miami while Indiana stayed in rhythm in a longer series.
- We didnt have the threat or production of an All Star in Darius Garland. Meanwhile, theres no structural damage on his toe, so he’ll be in soon.
- We shot poorly in general, while Indiana had 4 role players (Nesmith, Nembhard, Mathrum, and McConnell) go a combined 13-18 from three (72%). It’s safe to say that’s not going to be throughout the series
- don’t be fooled by Mitchell’s 33 pts, it took him 30 shots to get it. He can play far better and more efficient.

I’m not worried/concerned as it sits. Of course you want to win every game, but given all those factors, I say it’s almost certain we win game 2 with improvements in all categories, and then likely steal one in Indiana. They aren’t Boston or OKC (although they’re a young rising team that’s becoming semi-dangerous in front of our eyes). Game 2, Cavs win, book it IMO
