I mean he didn’t play a game since December so not sure how you come to that conclusion. This is the league way to stick it to his dad.
Be pretty dumb to pass up a valuable player for weird pettiness like that. All the GMs in on it?

So apparently the Giants threw a legit trade ransom to the Titans and they still said no. Ward better be an MVP then but I just don't see it. Think you looking at a Kirk Cousins level of success QB (not style, but result). A capable starter that will put up some stats and win some games, but not lead you deep. Not what you want #1 overall. Should have did what the Browns did, load up on picks and go get a guy next year

Not all but there weren't much teams that needed QBs

It was CLE, NYG, PITT, and NO

I have hear many analysts say that they are not sold on Shadduer as an NFL QB.

This happens all the time. Prospects get evaluated more closely in the months leading up to the draft and sometimes they lose value.

Having a father who was an NFL star is a positive, not the reason he is falling.

Id be curious if cleveland drafts Sanders now that he's there.

Merrill Hoge is one, and the dude seems to nail qb all the time.

Come on that’s so weak. This isn’t the California penal league, it’s all about the thoughts on him as a player.

There was talk of him interviewing horribly. That wouldn’t matter as much if the talent was truly there. I think he is a project with very high upside.

If even 15% of the stuff out there about his interviews is true … haha fuck that. I’m not investing my career in the NFL on this kid being a success. Fuck no! He needs so much work on his game, and yet he carries himself like he’s God’s Gift and a finished product. I don’t want to bet on that. I would if he had Mike Vick like talent and arm strength. He is a mediocre athlete who holds on to the ball too long. Solid arm not great. I’m not taking a chance on this kid in any round if it’s me and none of this has anything to do with who his dad is.

Browns already doing Brown like things. Unreal
You must really like them a lot as that move was fantastic. Coaxed a team to give up that haul to move up 3 spots and not even for a QB?

Need to hit on the picks (at least early ones) of course.

I love that deal- move down 3 spots to get the Jaguars 1st next year, and pick 36?

Hunter looks great- but an undersized WR scares me- I think he will be great- but id rather have Marvin Harrison long term.....not sure how a guy plays 2 ways consistently in the NFL for any length of time and stays healthy and effective.
No issue with Hunter if we stayed but agree as of now that move is fantastic. Obviously depends what we do with the picks.

wouldnt you rather have Harrison Jr. over Hunter? Harrison Jr. was an absolutely incredible WR prospect and went #4---- I just dont think this draft was very good at the top
Idea he can play DB, as well, maybe would prefer Hunter........but just as a WR for sure Harrison.

Or maybe he's not as good as many think?

He’s a bad fit for CLe and NY due to weather and arm

Kiper is right that NO is perfect for him

No matter what

we need a LT-

I hope Simmons from OSU falls. He would be perfect- before his injury many thought he could be the first OL off the board......thatll give him time to get healthy, and then we have a building block LT for when we get the QB. @Shanemansj13 @dtgold88

it seems a lot of teams are prioritizing OL though- not sure he will be there.
I don't mind seeing what Jones can do for another year (needs to stay healthy). But will eventually need a LT or RT soon.

The Rams, Saints, Jets should all be interested in Sanders in the 2nd round.

Even the Browns with 1 of those 2nd round picks.
