I'm not sure, but he looks like a guy that needs a change (too much drama this season in Vancouver).
it is amazing that we are even in a playoff "chase" even if the odds are stacked against us.

Quinn Hughes won't win the Norris or Hart, but he is the most valuable player to his team in the league.

I think Canada caught a huge break that he wasn't available to the States for the 4 Nations, the Canadian boys barely won versus the Americans sans Quinn.

I think Canada caught a huge break with the US having a retard for a GM and Torts behind the bench.

Depends. Werenski was huge in that tournament and his role would’ve been very different with Quinn there.

Also Canada without Piet, Theodore going out in game 1, Makar not 100%, etc.

Lots of what ifs.

Sounds like Torts is saying he quit and the organization is saying they fired him?

This move alone made the Flyers a more attractive option for players this offseason.
Torts must be happy that he doesn't have to commute to Philly anymore all the way from Point Roberts.

My god, Jarry is the worst goalie in the league without a doubt. 2 goals on the first 2 shots.

Yup as opposed to the cliff type drop-off that #99 had in the last few years of his career.
Yep, those Rangers/Blues years were nothing to write home about.

I should've also added to the prior post, it blows my mind equally that the Penguins have managed to screw up four consecutive seasons where Crosby was still arguably a top five player in the league.

Does he still have three years left at $5,375,000? Holy moly, where's a compliance buy-out when you need it?

Yep I'm crossing my fingers. He just got yanked, four goals on 12 shots I believe
