Gotta give a shoutout to Aliaksai Protas. Guy gets a hat trick tonight and people don’t know what a stud this guy has been this year.

28 goals without hardly any PP time. Leads the league in +/- now. His forecheck has been suffocating. Such a deft touch and stick skills for such a huge guy.

He, McMichael, and Dubois all having breakout years. The effort and the fight n this team every night has been fun to watch.

I think strength of remaining schedule as well as home versus away games remaining has a pretty big impact on those odds.

Jackets play Devs and Rangers once more each as well as Ottawa twice and have 11 of the next 18 at home where we are the top scoring team and one of the best teams in the NHL.

Plus we just curb stomped the Rangers a few days ago.
