Bourque is highly regarded and Stankoven is a young, established scorer. But that's what happens when you draft and develop properly, Dallas is in clear win now mode so they can afford to move them because up and down their lineup everyone is producing.

Going to be very interesting seeing the Central, it'll be a bloodbath with all three of Colorado, Dallas and the Jets.

So basically Stankoven since those firsts will be extremely late in the round. That's a steal and far less than what Carolina gave up to acquire him.

I just got an alert that says Rantenan said that he will not sign with the Kings if he gets traded here. Cant say I blame him. This is per the hockey news

No doubt in my mind that a) this team is treading water and not a contender and b) state income tax which is one of the highest (highest?) in the nation played significant roles.

Well. There went the trade deadline with barely a whimper. I am going to predict the Kings dont make the playoffs at this point. They didnt have their typical horrible December. I think they pushed it back a couple of months. Hopefully this is the beginning of the end with Blake and Luc.

That's what NHLN is reporting (2027 3rd), working and have it on. A 7th may be coming to LA too, UFA at season's end. He had 39 goals in 2022-23 and 28 goals since...through all seasons combined.

Typical Bowlby move, low risk high reward but that's what happens when you can't assemble a solid team and have gutted the cabinet - fishing in the local.park lake because he can't afford to go deep sea fishing.

Cant wait to hear his presser and how he tries to sell this crap. Blake would be a great candidate for my J-Blow hot dog toss from 23 years ago
