THIS regime didn't draft anyone #1 overall. Not sure who called that guy a HOF QB...you are seriously reaching but keep going I guess. Glad to see you have the energy at least.
I apologize. I can’t keep track of the number of regimes the Browns hire and then fire because they fail.

I mean...you know about Paul Brown and it makes as much sense to credit them for what he did than to blame them for what others may have done.

But if this helps, I think this is it going back to the return....

will say I think davis could have been a good coach if not for davis the GM.

You can’t prove that. Let me see your evidence that he didn’t meet with the Yankees.

You also can’t prove that he didn’t meet with Chelsea or Man City.

I actually heard that the Browns wanted him so bad they got the Cavs to offer him a supermax.

I think you are somewhat overrating the importance of a GM in a franchise that has bad ownership.

Commanders weren’t ever going to have a chance with Snyder at the helm. And they were one of the more storied franchises in the league when he took over.

Haslam isn’t Snyder, but he definitely isn’t a good owner.

The Commanders didn't have a chance because Snyder meddles. Haslam will let a FO do their job until he trusts them no longer (then he gets rid of them).

As a fan Haslam is exactly what I'd want as an owner......if he has a FO he trusts he will let them do their job and writes checks when asked. Hardly ever hear from him. Though if we did have to hear from an owner I'd rather it be his wife, Dee.

I still haven’t seen it disproven that Zelenskyy didn’t also offer a fully guaranteed contract. He flipped out when he heard Watson had a cannon.

Ouch.

Well, something is wrong there.

Cleveland has the worst record in the NFL since 2000, 2nd worst since 2010.

They have had 1 winning record since Haslam took over.

That isn’t on a bad string of GMs. That is organizational culture.

I kept hoping a new GM could turn things around in Washington. It never happened.

Ownership stink permeates from the top.

Or maybe it was a bad string of GMs but the one they found has so far been 26-24 and didn't have a franchise QB for 44 of those games and plays in the toughest division.

Not sure why 2000-2012 matters any more now than the Paul Brown years and his success.

If Washington has a few decent but not great seasons the next 3 years are you going to lump them in with Snyder?

It doesn’t matter.

Except when the perception of your franchise is overwhelmingly negative it takes a lot to overcome that.

I will leave it to you to figure out what the perception of the Browns is.

Glad that you are optimistic.

By fans who are too lazy to think I'm sure the perception is not real good, as like you they probably do think this regime is the same one who made the mistakes made by others. Luckily fan perception doesn't really matter. Team hasn't exactly had trouble getting the FAs they have wanted under this regime.

Noticed you didn't answer my question. If Washington should start to play better over the next few seasons will you still be blaming them for mistakes made by Snyder?

Fully fucking guaranteed.

He should be able to bounce back but if he does not? A Browns type move.......LOL.

But can you prove that they’re losers? Sure they lost a ton of games but can you prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that they’re mothers and teachers were disappointed in them?

I am pretty sure I saw Hugh Jackson’s mother sitting front row with a brown paper bag over her head.

Jackson is immaterial because the Browns are 26-24 with this regime. Hugh Jackson doesn’t exist. Baker Mayfield doesn’t exist. Brandon Wheeden doesn’t exist.
