Note: Jimmy Butler and the Bulls were also up 2-0 in Boston in 2017. Not over yet. That said...

Miami is undefeated at home this postseason as are the Nuggets and Lakers. My Nuggets need to use tonight as motivation, that if the Heat take care of business at home, we too got to end our series ASAP.

Absolutely loving this. It is the most fun Heat playoffs run in my life. Went from one of my most disliked regular season heat squads to my favorite post season squad

Al Horford was useless..... Marcus Smart disappeared...and Jaylon Brown played tentative like he's not 100%.
Those 3 need to show up in the next 2 games or they're done.

2 of those wins were Butler going absolutely nuts.

Giannis and Herro both stay healthy the whole series, Milwaukee most likely wins.

And you know this.

That takes nothing away from Miami who deserves to be where they are.

If Durant stayed healthy the whole series, Dubs likely would have beat the Raps.

He didn’t.

So, it’s all kind of a moot point.

Every now and again, a team just catches lightning in a bottle.

So, I’m actually not as certain as you that the Bucks would have won.

Let’s slow the roll here on Dipo. Truth be told, most Heat fans criticized him all season and wanted him out of the rotation. This has been a magical ride. Does Caleb Martin get the minutes he’s getting if Dipo doesn’t go down? Do they rustle Duncan Robinson from the bench? Herro is a big loss for sure because they had to replace his 17-20 a game. The Dipo loss became a blessing in disguise because it forced Spo to tap the shoulders of guys who got lost in the shuffle and those guys have risen to the occasion.

Don’t pay them any mind. Heat had to still go out and take care of business. The Bucks had played a considerable number of games w/o Giannis. They had a plan and they were a solid group w/o him. Additionally, an old adage about respecting opponents apply. I feel like the Bucks chose caution because it was round 1 and they judged the Heat based on the 8 next to their name in seeding. Teams that overlook opponents tread at their own risk.

The Heat need not apologize to anybody.

I dont know how you can compare 2017 celtics to todays celtics and their coach who refuses to adjust to Jimmy Butler. His mentality seems to be Jimmy is not going to score all 100 points and its not working. Tatum as a rookie to Tatum who does not shoot in the second half of playoff games?

Caleb gets the same minutes but Dunc likely doesn't get off the bench if Dipo doesn't get hurt
