There is a lot, I mean a lot of things the Warriors are going to have to consider after the season, depending on how the team finishes.

Lacob is willing to pay 400M a year for a CHAMPIONSHIP level team. If this team gets bounced in the first round with a healthy squad then I think all options, outside of trading or parting with Steph, is on the table.

The only things I would think are certainties would be Steph and Wiggins remaining. Wiggins extension value and given his age, it makes him extremely valuable to the team. Steph isn't going anywhere unless he wants out.

After that the shakeup could be anything from Front Office, Coaching and Players all being moved around. Bob Myers might test the waters and he might find a better spot somewhere else. Draymond could opt out. Klay could want out if the team indicates to him that they're not willing to give him a big extension that it's reported he wants. Jordan Poole could be on the trade block. They could trade Kuminga for a more immediate impact player. They could be sellers. They could be buyers. It's just all completely unknown. But I will say is that I really won't be surprised with any path they choose.

Precisely, and I won't be very critical either. They've been almost perfect and delivered as much as can ever be expected these past 8-9 years. Whatever they decide to try I'm here for it. I hope they find a way to keep my favorite player (Klay) and I do want to see Poole gone but they clearly know what they are doing.

Another very likely one to stay is Payton, he's got one more year of a pretty reasonable contract. And I doubt they trade Kuminga, he's only getting better and is a win now player, and cheap.

Outside of those 4, any of the others might be gone next year.

Just proves your level of hater-ness. Klay (pre-injury) was amazing. Arguably the second best shooter in the history of the game, played at near All-NBA level defense and was an amazing off-ball offensive mover. You can prefer Kyrie if you like, but I will take a team-first player everyday and twice on Sundays.

When did I ever say he wasn't great? I'll wait. The guy is a sore loser. He is the only player on the team that walks off the court and is a poor sport.

I apologize. I misunderstood your gif of Carey making a ”Blech” face as you strongly disagreeing with anyone having Klay as his favorite player. You were abviously stating that his choice in favorite player was well reasoned.

I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me.

Smaller than your hater ones.

If you were here more you'd know I'm a pretty straight shooter as far as homer takes. I get the issues with Dray, and I am fine with this suspension. They could have just fined him but I respect what they are trying to do. Ultimately it's on him to control his shit.

But to call Draymond 'less of a drag' on offense than an almost literally useless offensive player in Rodman is bush league. Draymond is an excellent offensive player in every way except scoring and he's still better than Rodman at that. Meanwhile he leads the team in assists and won 4 rings doing it. Defensively Rodman was obviously a better rebounder. Dray is every bit as good at other things and better in some like being a defensive coordinator on the floor.

Draymond is objectively a significantly better player than Rodman.

Yeah, beyond his ability to provide extra possessions with offensive rebounds, his teams were playing 4 on 5 on offense.

While Dray doesn't score much or shoot very well anymore, he is the one who keeps the ball moving so the offense flows properly. There was a noticeable change in the Warriors offensive efficiency after Dray was ejected.

Yeah more of a disgusted face. I just can't stand that guy, great player no doubt and the 2nd best shooter of all-time arguably. I definitely don't prefer Kyrie, that guy is a looney. Also, if he stays in CLE the Cavs might have built a dynasty themselves with a PG13 trade in the works. I despise Kyrie.

IMO, comparing Rodman to Draymond is like comparing Scottie Pippen and Tracy McGrady. It's an impossible comparison on a player to player basis because they did completely different things and operated their teams in different ways. What Pippen brought to the table is exactly what was needed on those Bulls Championship teams. Likewise, Pippen could never volume score and be the main lead on an offense like McGrady. So comparing the two as players would be impossible (without the championship accolades).

Rodman was exactly what his teams needed from him at the time. Draymond is exactly the player the Warriors have needed. If you replaced Green with Rodman, the Warriors are not nearly as good as they were. Likewise if you subbed Draymond for Rodman on those Bulls teams, they're not nearly as good either.

I think it's an unfair comparison of players because they're both so unique and really representative of the era's in which they both played. So again if you ask me who's the better player, context absolutely would play a key in determining this.

Awesome analysis

That's why IMO the only way they can win game 3 is to just go run and gun and try to outscore the Kings like 134-129

Is Wiig known to be into the brothers, or does she like to hang out in the horse stables? That fictitious “thang” she is playing with is freaking HUGE.
I thought it looked kinda small...

I would disagree with better player. Better at not being a drag on the offense I suppose, but Rodman could do some things in defense that Draymond can't come close to.

Oh…

Draymond is most definitely a better player than Rodman.

Rodman was a better defender. But Draymond is still a great defender. And Draymond is better at eve try thing else aside from rebounding.

I lean this way for sure.

And Rodman was a Piston. But he was severely offensively limited. Drays prime was substantially more than anything Rodman ever did.

But I also agree Rodman was a perfect fit for the time period

Draymond is a unique player, at the same time that kind of player needs a special fit. I don’t think the Warriors do what they do and get 4 rings without Draymond. I don’t think Draymond becomes the player we see today without the Warriors. Both sides better think long and hard before moving on from each other.
