Grayson Bitch Ass Allen—————————————————————> Brooks, Kyrie.

Grayson be trippin'. At least he stopped that stupid shit.

Brooks. That fella makes me laugh, what a clown. He really thinks he's better than he really is.

And Special K. Well there aren't enough psychologists on the planet to cure his crazy. Did you hear his latest crap-o-la? If you haven't check out comment # 26,713 in the NBA season thread. Typical dumbfuckery from him.

Brooks is a scrub. When HOFers like Draymond or Bird or Barkley or MJ talk trash they can back it up.

Was a bad look for Dray when the Dubs lost at Memphis though for sure

Ok, but…

MJ losing to the Celtics or Pistons in the East isn’t any different than LeBron losing to the Warriors or Spurs in the Finals.

They both lost and to superior teams.

And the leaving thing?

Can’t compare.

Free agency was just so different back then. First off, guys like MJ and Kobe didn’t have to leave. And in MJ’s era, the Bulls could have paid him way more than anybody trying to sign him. 1 year (96 I think) I think I remember his salary being greater than the entire cap.

Second, had MJ been drafted by 2004 Cleveland and been surrounded by mediocre players, you really think he is saying for the sake of staying?

Maybe he doesn’t form a superteam like LeBron, but I don’t think he wastes his entire career languishing either.

And make no mistake.

If LeBron played his whole career in Cleveland, he probably has 0 rings.

Blah blah and blah. Jordan took his licks. He eventually came out fine.

Lebron jumps ship. It’s what he does. Bron could have stayed and tried to build something but he was impatient. How many rings does Bron have in Cleveland? 1 right. How could he play his whole career in Cleveland and not win 1? Makes no sense

Jordan didn’t lose to the Mavs or old Spurs. Cmon man he lost to great teams in a great conference. Lebrons east was beyond weak.

It’s really funny people slobbering on Brons knob. The dude leaves every few years. :L he’s already working on leaving again to play with his son at some point.

Sure it does.

He had a weak supporting cast when he left.

While he was gone, Cleveland won the lottery 3 times!

They drafted Kyrie, TT and used some of the other assets to trade for Love.

They would not have been able to collect all that talent without bottoming out while LeBron was gone.

And without all that talent, they surely aren’t beating the ‘06 Warriors

And again, had Jordan been drafted into a poor situation with modern free agency rules, he wouldn’t have stayed either.

And if for some reason he had?

He would have 0 rings and would not be in the GOAT convo.

Lebron most certainly could have attracted other players to Cleveland and put together a team just like what happened in Miami.

He jumps ship everywhere it’s pretty obvious.

You think Jordan was drafted into a good team? Not only was MJ on a garbage team but he was in a loaded eastern conference. You do realize it took him 7-8 years win it all right? Lol

Yep.

People like to say that MJ, Magic, Bird, etc. would never have tried to join forces.

At the same time, they say that they would do anything to win rings.

First, we don't know what they would have done because the FA rules were different.

Second, if the FA rules were what they are today and, like Lebron, they were on teams that either couldn't or wouldn't add the necessary pieces to win a title, they'd almost certainly have left.

I don't think any of them would have been willing to be Reggie Miller.

MJs Bulls didn’t even win 40 games in a year for his first 3 years.

“He would have jumped ship too today”

If players like Steph Curry can stay in 1 organization today I’m l pretty sure Bird Magic and Jordan would be doing the same.

Those players all have 1 think in common. They make others around them much better and ALL make their team elite.

At some point you have to strap up your big boy pants and play with what’s around you. Not cry about the lack of talent around you

No one said MJ was drafted to a good team.

However, MJ was drafted to a team that was willing and able to put the pieces around him to contend. Lebron was drafted to a team that was willing to just be happy with however far Lebron was able to drag them into the playoffs.

If MJ was a driven by winning titles as everyone says and was drafted to a team like the one Lebron was drafted to, he'd have left too.

Then he jumps to Miami. Then to Cleveland. Then to LA for load management. Lol

Now we are wondering how much he has left and where he’s going next. All correct?

Once again, the franchise that Curry was drafted to, has shown a willingness to do anything and everything they could to make sure that Curry had a team around him that could win titles...Lebron was not drafted by that type of organization.

Magic demanded a trade because the Lakers had a coach that he didn't think they could win with.

What if MJ, Magic or Bird was drafted by Donald Sterlings Clippers? Do you honestly think any of those 3 stay there?

No, not all correct.

He went back to Cleveland because he had promised their fans a title and the Cavs learned their lesson and actually got pieces that he could win with.

FTR, I didn't agree with him leaving Miami as Riley would have found a way to keep them contending, but he wanted to try to get Cleveland a title. If he hadn't grown up in the area, I doubt he goes back.

The only speculation about where he's going next is because of the chance to play with his son. He's 38 years old and still plays at an all star level, of course people are wondering how much he has left. We rarely see players at that age still in the league and haven't seen any playing at his level at that age.

I see you've finally abandoned the "MJ, Magic and Bird would have never left" argument though.

I think any if those 3 get drafted by the Clippers, the Clippers are legit contender for years. Yes the Celtics and Bulls were not very good when Bird and Jordan arrived.

I just can’t buy that Cleveland was trying to lose while having Lebron. Golden St drafts well but it doesn’t change the fact that guys are doing it today.

See above for your abandoning Bird Magic and Jordan jumping ship.
