Asset cant breech anything or else entrapment laws come into play as it did with the Whitmer kid napping plot . 2 of the 4 people brought to trial were found not guilty because of he judge found the FBI had entrapped them . The other 2 guys were convicted and their cases are on appeal .

Just to be sure I just went back and read it again. He literally said he orchestrated IT, he got people there. It seems obvious to me that he was referring to the protest outside the building. Nothing in your post indicated that he incited the rioters to crash into the US Capitol.

The FBI Isnt and investigative organization like the CIA , it’s a law enforcement agency. Robert Mueller after 9-11 changed it’s focus.

The FBI is now weaponized against political dissent as shown with Russia gate and now the twitter files and the suppression of free speech at their behest . they have done it on all social platforms and the White House is also involved as the twitter files have repeatedly shown .

I really don't feel like getting into The Big Lie. The right wing propoganda machine has been incredibly effective as so many Pubs actually believe it.

I'll just say this. Trump and the Republicans had every chance to prove their case. The GOP recount in Maicoppa County was a total embarrassment, they finally had to admit Biden actually picked up votes. Trump had every chance in 60 court cases, some involving judges he appointed, to prove his case and he failed.

I am aware that Epps was being called out as FBI by the crowd, what exactly does that prove? I'm supposed to take their word for it, like they actually knew? Sorry.

Again I am not doing you work for you, if there is tape of him instructing people to breach the line well I'll take your word for it. But again he didn't enter the Capitol and most everyone who was charged crossed that line. Maybe not everyone but there were also a ton of people outside the Capitol who were not arrested and after initially listing him the FBI took his name off because he did not enter the building.

As for the Cruz interview that's kind of how the FBI operates, they are pretty close to the vest and Cruz did not deserve more of an answer. This proves nothing.

The info you gave me above was incomplete. Yes it is illegal to bribe or propose quid pro quo, it's not illegal to pressure election officials to throw out votes that you feel are not legitimate. This was the information you provided as to what is legal and illegal. And I agree with all of this.
