This should have been done by the DOJ if their is a criminal element and by the courts if it is civil.

Dan bought the team and the stadium for $800,000. He was heavily leveraged when he bought the team.

This is a guesstimate but the team is worth in the neighborhood of $6 to $8 billion dollars. Not a bad return on your money but Dan doesn't actually have a lot of money. The league let him go over the loan amount again ... to buy out the minority owners. I don't have his financials but I believe he has a lot of debt.

Dan has known for years he is not well liked in this city and now most cities and to the point that other owners want him gone. They want him to go quietly though because they don't want anyone looking in their closets. So why would Dan sell, he doesn't have to be good at his job. One and only one reason. The owners are going to dump him.

He is getting close to 60, he can slip off into a quiet but wealthy life. I hope he realizes that.
