The explosive plays are probably gone. The deep throws down the sideline to Terry, the bombs over the middle to Dyami......those are probably gone.

I do think our time of possession may go up which could help the defense.

I give Heinicke the Packers game and if I don't like what I see I go to Howell.
Look I have seen quite a few deep balls from Falco . Hopefully he has learned a few things

I've seen some YOLO balls. Lol. I was ready to see him in Chicago. It's not a knock on TH. Some of the throws Wentz made only a handful of QB can.

I was reading some article about Tanya. The author said he could find no information about her education, neither college nor even high school. She first appeared as a fashion model.

I don’t see her making business decisions.

If Taylor continues to hold the ball too long then he hasn't really learned anything. There's a huge difference between having to hold the ball while evading a rush and holding the ball too long just cuz.

I'm quoting the wrong post. What I said above is in regards to the article skinsdad posted. The explosive plays don't necessarily have to be gone and truth be told. While Wince has a cannon and can chuck it deep. He had a lotta problems with the intermediate n short throws. If Taylor can hit his mark and get the ball out when its supposed to come out (think that big play to McKissic against the Giants last year) there could be some big plays available to be made.

If Taylor can keep the offense on the field for longer than three plays its a plus. I wasn't a fan of the Wentz trade. Not only because of compensation, but because of who I thought Wentz was.

I do think Wentz is a better QB than TH. Even though I wasn't a fan of the trade I did expect the JAX Wentz. The guy that makes throws others can't, but makes bone head plays like the two INTs.

What I didn't expect was the Bears Wentz. The guy who couldn't get a first down. I now understand he was injured but honestly speaking we didn't get our monies worth for a 3rd and maybe a 2nd.

I do not think we have seen the last of Wentz like others, but I do feel TH has a chance to stake his claim to the starting position with a win tomorrow.

The team is valued at 5.6 billion. I am guessing 8-10 billion gets the deal done. Does anybody know somebody with that type of cash?

Like I said, it truly is remarkable that he wants to own the team in spite of the fact that his team sucks, the fans hate him, and the owners hate him. It all comes down to pride and money.

Perhaps Dan is a step ahead and he is working behind the scenes to sign everything over to Tanya. He is asked to leave she owns the team. Not sure what permission he needs from other NFL owners.

I'm worried about that too.

Carolina setting themselves up for success. They will get B Young plus the picks and be better off next year.

According to this article that may be an option. The key being - Is the person who the team being transferred to able to pay the estate taxes that would occur due to the transfer.

I always thought the estate tax thing involved someone dying, but if someone's, Snyder in case, death is not necessary for the estate tax thing to kick in.....................well.

And that’s one of the very real dynamics that makes pro football so compelling. These multi-billion-dollar football organizations ultimately are ruled by monarchies, with each king or queen deciding who takes over at the appropriate time. As long as there are sufficient resources available to pay the estate taxes (and that’s becoming more and more challenging as franchise values continue to climb), the keys can be handed to any family member — no matter how badly that person could or will screw things up.

Whether you like Wentz or not is not the story line here.

The Colts have benched Matt Ryan, sourcing the Colts or Irsay was not a good source. I believed that when the trade happened and I believe that even more now.

Well, at least 1 deep throw was completed and to Tmac of all people. Some nice over the middle passes completed. Our time of possession did go up as did our rush yards (166). First half was a complete disaster and could have been worse. Second half was better.
Obviously give him another game.

Semi-deep, but I'll take it. Heinicke just knows the offense and his reads more. Figured that would help us on third down. Time of possession was definitely due to the run game. Packers cannot stop anyone on the ground. Looking forward to this week to see if we really have a run game or not.

Ron is desperate. Heinicke is gonna have to play his way off the field at this point. He's got three weeks to win the job.
