Offensively, almost certainly. Though *maybe* an argument could be made for Seager, but I don't think so.

Think after 170+ innings we've been enough to know Pérez is probably legit.
He's more Lance Lynn (sustainable success) than Mike Minor (even in that one great year in Texas he began to fade hard after the ASG).

Agreed. And isn't he another guy that has some real power? We haven't even seen that side of his game yet, so he should only get better.

I guess the gripe re his game was he did not walk much and did not handle off speed/breaking stuff well but he is holding his own. Him being able to bunt helps. He has been great defensively and on the bases keeping the pressure on

Been looking for him to revert to those warts but he continues to play legitimately and does not look overwhelmed and like he belongs Terrific athlete

And yes he has legit power that I do think will show out

Good points. I'm sure at some point his weaknesses will show but think he'll get plenty of opportunities in the offseason to work on it.
Think he becomes a guy that can hit around .275 with around 20HRs?
