With many guys all over the league hating Dray, it might be tough for that reason alone. LOL.
Do the PLAYERS hate Drey, though? He and LeBron are almost best friends. I think most players would have no prob playing WITH Drey.

They just hate playing AGAINST Drey.

I was really hoping it would have rained out there today. :heh:

Congrats on the title again.

Is this one more satisfying than the first one given what G.S. has gone through the previous two seasons?
As a casual Warriors fan who goes back to pre-RunTMC, I have to say the first was still the best. The dubs were the Browns. They were the Clippers and Kings. Winning that first title was confusing and rewarding all at the same time. This one was rewarding because of the problems the team had over the last few years, but the joy-nerves have already been numbed a bit over the last 8 years.

Maybe I'm reading too much into these Twitter back and forths with other players.

Maybe I'm reading too much into the trash talk and Twitter back and forth with other players. Definitely hated by fans except maybe Piston fans.

LOL...thanks, bro.

I think this one has to be right up there with the other ones (especially the 1st one in 2015)...but I'm sure some of the players consider this one to be the best in their view.

Yeah Twitter is mostly players having fun with each other, trash talk and all that. I see very little hate between players these days.

Even the players we fans rip on like Kyrie and LeBron and Draymond and so on, players love those guys for the most part.

Drey and LeBron are legit irl boys. But they spar quite a bit on Twitter, I think.

PvP on Twitter is just them fucking around with each other, I think. And even if it gets legit heated, I legit fight with my friends on occasion. Doesn’t mean I don’t love ‘em like brothers etc. just means at that moment I want to rip their heads off and piss down their neck-stumps.

Yep..even among game adversaries during the season there is definitely a love and a sense of camaraderie between the players during the offseason....although I'm sure there are some outliers.

Makes sense. I'd be happy and loving everyone, too, if I had that much money. Plus, these guys are more or less all in peak physical condition, so there is every reason to be loving life.

This past season, Steph made about 33% more money from the Dubs than Sergio Romo has made in his entire 13 year career. Romo has made approx $45m over his entire career. I think Steph made approx $60m from the Dubs this past season.

And that's just player salary.

Probably a little of both, but mostly the fans.

Dray is one of those players like Pat Bev...you love him when he's on your team, but hate him when he's not.

Players that aren't his teammates probably like him off the court...but hate him on it.

I have a feeling that is pretty much the case with any of the super-competitive types. They will do ANYTHING on the court to win, and that will piss off other players. But off the court, they know that those antics are on-court antics.

LeBron rubbed his boys on Drey’s forehead in order to get him to react and get a suspension. Yet they still are brothers off the court.

Plus, that's at least part of how guys like that stay in the league. Other players know that and respect them.

Just look at the numbers, this is not correct. He didn't have a 47 point game. Curry was obviously the most valuable/important/best player on the court
Wiggins was A HUGE REASON they won.

And an even bigger one was Curry. Hence his correctly awarded FMVP. What's your point?

Wiggins defense was my point.
Um, sure. Did you not think I knew that? You replied to a post where I corrected someone that Wiggins didn't deserve FMVP with that.
