They say the lease expires in 2027, but I thought Synder bought the full % of the team meaning he owns the stadium too. Or does the state own the stadium?
Lease requires they play there but Danny boy owns the stadium and land around it![]()

(MD resident here)thats what I thought. So he could just remodel the stadium.

Doesn't sound like Hogan is interested in throwing any more money towards this franchise.
Governor.Who is Hogan? The state rep? I meant Snyder upgraded the stadium with his own money.
Governor.
And good luck with Snyder going into his own pockets
the issue is snyder dean . he isnt trusted . a winning season wont do it aloneTrue but if he cant get a new place he will be forced too. The place is a pit. IF we win something will change.
I have a couple friends who have already abandoned the team. Just tired of being jerked around by a dumb ownership group who doesn't give a shit about the fans (their words).True but if he cant get a new place he will be forced too. The place is a pit. IF we win something will change.

man i dont know what i would do if he moved the team to ST Louis or something because eventually moving the team will be on the table .
now the other angle is they could be forcing him to sell

Honestly I don't blame them. If they ask MD for tax payer money for a new stadium, they won't get anything. VA is off the table now...so where do they go?
not one winning season and a corrupt owner ,IF we win and go far in the playoffs, I think alot of people would change there mind about the team comin to there state. Sure Synder is a problem but consistent winning helps.

they are worried about his criminal accusationsDepends how far we get in that winning season. The politicians don't want to commit to a losing team. Typical politicians. IF we were the Buffalo Bills, favorites to win a Super Bowl, there would be no problem
They don't want to commit to a shitty run franchise, regardless of wins and loses. From what I can tell, Snyder isn't bringing anything to the table, just asking asking asking.Depends how far we get in that winning season. The politicians don't want to commit to a losing team. Hogan would be gone by the time this happens I think. I do not think anybody wants to work with Snyder. No idea if there was a new owner if either of the state legislatures or DC would work with them.
Then maybe an investigation into each of the politicians backgrounds is in order as well. Two sides can play that game very well. They are all dirty in some way, we all know this.they are worried about his criminal accusations
