Nope, not an elbow, I still don't think it was intentional. James Flailing is not a new phenomenon.

Calling that a punch is laughable anyway. Are backhanded 3" punches a new phenomenon? Lebron appears to be trying to rip his arm through and he caught Stewart in the face with the base of his hand.

If that's the face of hate, who was Gene Simmons so pissed at?

I know... I just wanted to post the incident... I really do wonder how he got bloody.. As you are correct nothing I could find showed LeBron punched him

I saw it happen live and every replay after. Looks like Stewart was holding Lebron's arm as they were fighting for rebound position, Lebron pulled his arm free and it looked to me like he pulled away a little harder than he needed to (probably trying to draw a foul) and accidentally clipped him with an elbow or forearm.

Head wounds bleed like crazy, so it looked a lot worse than it actually was.

On Stewarts last break away to try and get at him did you see Harrell waiting for him? I suspect Stewart was lucky that the stopped him on time that go round.

Edit: Not Harrell, I am apparently watching basketball pre covid.

I know Westbrook was looking like he wanted him to get through.

Lebron's teammates surrounded him like they were secret service or something. lol

I thought it was hilarious Westbrook was surprised he got a tech.

I dislike Lebron as much as anyone, but that did not look intentional to me...
Probably wasn't intentional-intentional... but it was likely born out of frustration... (therefore, it's quite possible that the King was trying to give a little extra sauce there).

In any event, wildly flailing a closed fist in close proximity to an opponent's face and landing a blow merits a suspension willy-nilly.

Yup.

Had to dig to see the actually start of the tussle. BronBron is lucky he didn’t get jacked up.
If Stewart was really as tough as he was acting he would have done something when they were face to face. He waited until everyone swarmed in to act like a WWE tough guy. Not defending Lebron bc I would be pissed whether it was intentional or not but what was Stewart's intentions? LOL

He did the same tough act to Blake Griffin. This won't end well for him eventually. He is going to meet Jokic soon enough and his brothers are going to cripple him.

Lebron apologist right here! LeBron never does anything wrong!

Serious note - Yeah, head wounds usually do make it look a lot worse than it actually is.. The replay I saw, looks like its an accidently "slap" by Lebron's hand across the face that just so happened to hit in the exact wrong place and blood came out

Yeah, it was hard to tell exactly what part of his arm or hand caught him. But some part sure did.

Can you imagine anyone coming into Detroit/Palace, doing something like that and then walking out with no bruises, blood, or bones broken? Bron has his posse to protect him and I hope this Stewart dude clocks his ass next time around

What a soft league this has become

Good lord. I have some land to sell you in Florida. Bron didn’t like getting blocked out by the rookie and clocked him. It’s obvious

LeBron should have gotten 3 games and Stewart should have gotten LeBron's salary for those 3 games. LeBrown is a total clown and that was obviously intentional.

Lebron should have more than Stewart, that’s the BS in this. Lebron is the one who clobbered him and Stewart gets the bigger suspension. What a joke
