Denver had a second round tag on him this spring. I don’t think Detroit would give anywhere near that tbh.

Ty Williams most likely gets his first crack at being a #1 option.
True. Those those confuse me tbh. But yoi are correct.
yes. Every team has receivers. Money and draft status and contract and all that aside. If they could all drop their sixth guy and add Patrick, I think he would be better than who they like and who might be good someday.
I think he’s better than a #3/4.
Eagles have a bunch of fast athletes playing the position. I don’t see Smith lasting a season. He is like Hollywood. In fact, I think I’ll call him Bollywood. Or better yet, Ballywood. :)

slim pickings for sure though…there’s probably practice squad guys who should be starting, who knows. If I’m the Broncos, I’m looking to sell his production. As much as having him as insurance makes sense, are they a contender that needs insurance, or are they looking up at the Chiefs and Chargers?

that said, maybe nobody would offer anything but a 4th, in which case I’m just yelling at the wind.
Yeah i mean dont get me wrong hes good. I just dunno where hed slot in…. Hes got potential for sure

Well again, there's a perception that due to him not having the big pedigree, there nothing about him that pops, he's not really thought of in that way, whether that's league wide or from a fans perspective.
He's just a random WR who just happens to be a "maximum effort" type who finds a way to just simply produce. He'd find a starting role on plenty of teams, but no, no one is going to give a #2 for him. But had Denver not tendered him, and he became a FA, he would've had no shortage of suitors
All very likely true - but it just didn't go down that way. ..... so, he's at best #3 in the Mile High. ...

Yarp, Sutton ain't moving, and a high #1 on Juedy, and a high #2 on Hamler..They're gonna get their shots before Patrick will, regardless of how well he did last year when they weren't dependable.

Yeesh. I've got a long 3, 4, 5, years to go, I think.

Ah well, that was the plan. :noidea::noidea::noidea:

@Robotech , I gotta say, it's nice to see that roster being pruned and groomed once again. Even if it is just lipstick on a pig...there's only so much that can be done at the moment

My roster is getting younger. Everyone but Gronk, Brown and Beasley is young enough to be Tom Brady's son. In the process, I did make league winner A.J. Green available for you all.

I dunno that he'll be claimed, but someone will snatch him up, I'm sure

Me and Yellow Fuzzy made a small trade.
I trade Marvin Jones and WFT for Reagor and the Bears. I haven't given up on Reagor yet.
