We are hosting the ArenaBowl Friday night. Playing either Tampa Bay or Orlando.

Tampa and Orlando are two of the three teams I've seen play. Iowa being the third, back when they had that scrub quarterback...

That I will! I made a post in a thread over on the main board about the best game I've been to, and it was the championship game in 2008 between Spokane and Tennessee Valley. I should go find it.

I actually had a chance to meet him last night. But when he was on the field too many people were around him, so I couldn't. Then when they finally left, it was game time, so I had to be in PA box by then.

Niche sports are a blast. The crowds are rowdy and the players are playing for more than their own ego.

I had some fun with an indoor soccer team and a roller hockey team in Sacramento while they were here.
