Even if they brought Fitz into start, if TH outplays him, they would give the nod to TH. Fitz doesn’t have to be terrible to not win. TH needs to be better for Fitz not to start.
Based on his play and command of the offense, I don't see how TF you put TH on the bench in favor of a journeyman.... horrible decision making. TH was ballin' in the PLAYOFFS against arguably the top D in the league, with NO WR talent on offense. Now we have talent. How the hell is Fitz a better option with zero snaps in this O??

Falco’s past is checkered and fits the definition of journeyman . I need more then 5 quarters before I anoint falco anything

Oh many would disagree with you, lol.
I personally would like to see what we have in TH, although I understand the politics of essentially bringing in Fitz with the intent to start him. I agree, despite the small sample he balled out.
I also believe Fitz is good enough to win with. Despite some decent stats, i personally don't want to see KA starting in the regular season

I don’t think he didn’t ball out . I think I need to see more then 5 quarters . Now could he be a late bloomer ? Yes , but his career is 5 yrs long and being a BU to a guy we brought in for rookie minicamp in the XFL does raise questions . Kurt Warner is the exception not the rule

Kurt, Steve was a good one too. Of course, we don't have a hall of famer in our qb room but....historically, lots of unsung heroes at QB have emerged.
He didn't just do well against TB, but was electric, and it could've been closer if Simms didn't drop that wide open pass, as well as some other drops too.
I understand Fitz wil likely be the starter, but i feel comfortable with TH too.
Hopefully its understood I'm not bashing Fitz

I think the knock on TH is that he’s pretty slight, and that he tends to get injured, and NOT that he doesnt have the talent.

If that’s the case, then you beef up the oline (check), get the qb more weapons (check), and tell him not to always run out of bounds, throw it away, or slide.

Plenty of smaller qb’s have been successful in the NFL - Flutie, Brees, RusseL Wilson come to mind immediately, as does Kyler Murray, Lamar Jackson, etc.

I'm just gonna say it... I think Heineke is the best QB on our roster.

Thx Bro... good to be back. I took a hiatus and actually forgot about the forum... LOL! Falco? That's messed up. He's MUCH better than that bruh. I'm just gonna leave this here for your consumption...

That is what training camp is for. If he wins the job then he should get the job.
