Seriously, Shanny is on crack. I can't take him seriously. Sure, I understand why he's suspended, but 3 games? Three. Games. Engo has zero history. The things that haven't even been reviewed in comparison to this one pisses me off. This is two games too long.

I'm not directly disagreeing with you. What I'm saying is that I'm for heavier penalties, so I'm fine with this (even though he's a Penguin). I'm not fine with the lighter penalties, such as fines with no games missed.

Yeah. When it comes down to it, my opinions on suspensions are based on the precedence set by other offenses. And the precedence has sucked this year, just like the past few years.

Word. I actually would like to see a 2 or 3 game minimum for all offenses. If it's worse, say leaving ones feet and such, then add more on.

I agree...I have no issue with this for Engelland but the one gamers that went out to a few so far with him even stating prior offenses while giving them the one game kinda makes him seem less credible.

I thought that Engelland deserved a suspension for this. Was think he'd get 2. This seems a bit steep, but it was definitely a worse hit than Patches's hit.
