I would think Way, Payne, and Sweat make it. Young could make it b/c of popularity but Sweat is having the better year.

I think your opinion of Payne and Sweat makes it appear you don’t really know what you are talking about...particularly Sweat versus Young. I think you fail to grasp just how much having You g has freed up Sweat for 1 on 1s.

I just saw the Pro Bowl list. Payne had a better year than Cox and Sweat had a better year than Graham b/c of all the deflections that turned into turnovers. We should of had 4 players in.

I am saying Payne isn’t having a better year than Allen.

I am saying Sweat is not having a better year than Young, and Sweat’s success is largely because of Young getting double and triple teamed every snap.

Not really. Pro Bowl is a popularity contest nothing to do with stats. Look at Evan Engram. that is a joke. Do you know how many battled balls Sweat had that turned into INts? Young is going to be a great player. His best games were against Cincy and the 49ers. I think Sweat has been more consistent this year.

Whole thing about PB is popularity and not so much stats... obviously. The whole debacle which is this football team this year im sure represented itself during the voting. Just hope the skins can keep our studs on the team and not allow other teams to reap the benefits of their prime years to come due to botched negotiations and ineptitude of evaluating.

Stats don’t tell the entire story. Again, look who is double teamed and you see who is more feared. Also, Young missed time.

A pro bowl is a standard of excellence . It’s called a popularity contest when the person you feel shouldnt get in and does . There are 6 slots per position so you are considered one of the top 6 at your position . The HOF puts emphasis on it as a criterion to get elected . So I kind of put the popularity contest mantra In file 13 where it belongs
