Zero room for error for the browns or any of those teams fighting for a playoffs spot
Oh they played great and used clock. Just wondering how planned it was. Started a number of drives inside the 20 or even inside the 10.Not their playbook specifically but that they were using a lot of clock
that's definitely how they all need to play it.Zero room for error for the browns or any of those teams fighting for a playoffs spot
another decent performance by our game manager, @Wamu @Shanemansj13 @WiggyRuss
Handful of incredible throws to well covered receivers. One each to Njoku and Landry stood out for me among the many.
Didn't a certain poster say he knew someone who said Baker would never be much of anything and that person is never wrong? Has he swayed any opinions as he helped this fan's team in their quest to be NFC East champs?
Well...technically he did throw for 300. But Hunt lost 5 on his last pass. He stinks. The Browns are in some serious trouble. Could only score 20 points against the Giants. And Mayfield. Only completed 84% of his passes and didn't even throw for 300 yards.
yeah...because when you disagree with someone you just say you disagree and leave it at that. do you need to defend it? Nope. Nor can you.You are a clown show.
I don’t need to defend a damn thing.
You disagree and that is all that needed to be said.
was talking about your so-called draft expert who is never wrong. If that was not his analysis then my apologies.Nope.
I never said Baker wouldn’t amount to anything.
I actually said he was above average. Just not comparable to Mahomes, which Wiggy was trying to do.
Nice try though!

Only the Browns can finally turn things around, potentially be 11-4 going into the last game and still not have a playoff spot locked up.Funny you mentioned that. When that play happened I said well now Mayfield's thrown for less than 300. Can't have any type of letdown against the red-hot Jets next week. And wouldn't mind if the Ravens & Dolphins lose another game.
after seeing him with an adult as coach (albeit still never in the same offense for more than a year) do you think he's right? And you Implied he said Baker would bust.
He didn’t.
He had Baker ranked 3rd in the class behind Allen and LJ.
He said Rosen would bust. Darnold probably too. Baker was graded out slightly above average.

Right now, Baker looks like what I've been saying he is all along. A good, NFL level franchise quarterback that you can win a lot of games and even a Super Bowl with. He needs a solid running game, a line that can protect him and a couple of guys who can catch the ball.
Him not having had an adult as a coach and not having the same system is a fair point.
Right now, I see him as a "poor man's Russell Wilson". He can make throws, he has enough athleticism that he's not a statue, so he can move around and make plays outside the pocket.
The question is, now that he has a grownup for a head coach and an OC that seems to know how to use his talents...can he take the next step and instead of being a "poor man's Russell Wilson", be a "rich man's Baker Mayfield".
And honestly, even if he never takes that next step, as long as Stefanski is the coach, he's going to be your qb for a long time and your Browns are going to win a lot of games.
