Yeah, but adding Harden is a mistake.....that's too many players that need the ball in their hands.....unless they trade Irving in a separate deal than adding Harden. Harden and KD works.....but KD, Irving and Harden is a nightmare waiting to happen.

We have no idea what KD will be like. It's not like he's coming back from a sprained ankle. The only player I can think of who suffered the injury KD did and was essentially the same player when he came back is Dominique Wilkins.

Even after not playing for over a year because of a torn Achilles?

Don't get me wrong, on paper they're a phenomenal team but the adjustment period at the start of the season is most likely what'll bump the Nets down a couple of places by the end of the season.

We have no idea what KD will be like. It's not like he's coming back from a sprained ankle. The only player I can think of who suffered the injury KD did and was essentially the same player when he came back is Dominique Wilkins.

I think KD will be fine because he got much more time to recover than the traditional Achilles injury. I don't think any player in sports got 18 months off to recover from this.

It's not about the recovery time with an injury like that. It's about how strong it gets after the surgery. It's very rare to get full strength back from a torn Achille's.

Nique is the only one I can think of too. Even Kobe was only a shell of his former self, but age played a part in that too.
