I tried to trade for Mattison a few weeks ago and had a discussion going with the dude, who told me to make him an offer. I did and that's the last I heard from him.

How legit is this guy? I don't see anything like this from any of the major name guys yet. Right now is just see speculation from them saying it could be smart for the Vikings to sit him since they have a bye after the Atlanta game.

If you own Cook, worth keeping on your roster if you can afford the spot. If not, probably just low end Flex value in deep leagues any time Cook is healthy, low end RB1 high RB2 any time Cook is out.

He is verified on Twitter but I dont follow him. I just happened to see it. Roto posted his blurb so they are buying in.

I don't own Cook. I picked up Mattison right before the Sunday Night game and I'm feeling pretty good about it since I have Kamara on bye next week and I face the Cook owner next week. LOL. My opponent also has Jacobs on bye. He'll be going with David Montgomery and Leveon Bell as his starting RB's, so I guess that's pretty decent.

My pickup of Mattison looks even better now. My Week 6 opponent is the Cook owner and my opponent also has Jacobs on bye. He has David Montgomery and Leveon Bell, so I'd figure he'd be okay at RB, but now Bell gets released in real life. LOL!!! I guess it's still possible that Cook plays.
