I can't believe I watched every minute of Oklahoma State and Tulsa. I mean really, Oklahoma State and Tulsa. At least next week looks good, unless the virus forces a cancellation of a few key games. LSU would be the team most likely to cancel.

A group of posters have moved to another site. There's about 20-30 of them posting. The problem is that when some people (this is actually a large number, most likely) show up, see no activity, most won't bother logging in. So basically this board could die out, the other one will end up with like 1/4 - 1/2 the traffic this one did during the season. There was barely enough traffic to keep it going during off-season.

We'll just have to see what happens when the SEC cranks up this weekend.

Fluffer is back. Just being truthful. That looks like the trajectory. There's no real growth strategy for a small independent forum. This one got the traffic it did when CBS, ESPN et al went down. If poaching the users of another independent forum is your only growth strategy, I predict you'll get half the traffic at most. This board never had the traffic rivals or ESPN CFB did, but was decent during the season.

Not to get in the middle of all this, but when you ban regular posters, that cuts down the number of posts for casual posters to interact with. Which naturally kills a discussion board.

I don't think any CFB posters got perma-banned. And there were only 2 (I think) that got timeouts, one is over. That definitely wasn't the problem in this case.

Lel, and it's just like @NEhomer said last week, it's only a matter of time before ^^^ spirals down again. Once he controls the market, it'll be ban city for HammerDumb.
