I'm sticking around to watch Trevino and Taveras. Not much else worth my time.
I'll join you. Actually Guzman is on my list. Such talent that needs to learn how to hit.I'm sticking around to watch Trevino and Taveras. Not much else worth my time.
+1 for the clever thread titleI'm sticking around to watch Trevino and Taveras. Not much else worth my time.
You will again in a few months. Get use to it.Who else is glad that we didn’t have to watch this team for 162 games?
we lucked out on that front!
I also hope see Anderson Tejada. Just want to see more to get an overall feel for his skills. Actually I will be more interested than I have the entire season if they play all young position players.I'm sticking around to watch Trevino and Taveras. Not much else worth my time.

Choo will be gone. Wonder if Elvis might consider retiring since the team will not go any where for a long time. IKF looks like he may be getting primed at SS.
Nor I. What was I thinking? lolCan't see Elvis turning down $30m
Right. He would have to be traded and I actually could see a team wanting him. Can't see Elvis turning down $30m
But can they do that. Seems like I remember he could not be sent down. If that is true, what can be done other than trading him. Enlighten me please.Saw last night somewhere that Odor may get DFA'd today.........doubt it but we shall see

Thanks Murph. I knew they could release him but would never guessed these owners would do it because of that"stupid contract". Good seeing you back. They can't send him down but they can outright release him. They would hope some other team would pick him up on waivers but that team is unlikely to pick up the majority of his contract. They are still gonna have to pay him almost all of the stupid contract he was given. Maybe they could repo the ponies though

That just broke the owners and that will set us back 2 years or longer. We would have been much better off with a full season this year and an off season with no excuses not to spend.Who else is glad that we didn’t have to watch this team for 162 games?

You’re going to get your wish along with KingI want to see Cody and Hearn in the rotation.
