yes the are purple.

you gotta hand it to him. He’s an awesome troll. The funny thing is he thinks we all truly care. I have to admit he makes me laugh. Anyone who is that stupid , on a daily basis is hysterical. Then he will play it off like he’s some bad ass calling people names and swearing at them. I love when he tells me how “owned me” or the like. It’s like reading GnG and PE1 posts, you can’t get enough.

He probably got owned in HS for running his mouth. He seems like that type of person.

not considered a checkdown if that is the design of the play.
I was arguing with PE1 about passes over 10 yds.
When I checked Wentz' most of his passes were under 10 yards.
Now add that to him passing more than half (336/607) his passes to non WRs. it adds up. He likes throwing underneath stuff (or his coach likes him to, whichever)
Although I will admit when he looks deeper it is usually to his his TEs. Who he threw 222 attempts too.
Wentz likes his safety blankets. these are simple facts.

Wentz clearly wants to push the ball down the field which is why they have so clearly made it their goal to add as much speed as they could at WR to let him go down the field to them.

Yep. What were the odds that the Stanford would beat usc? What were the odds that team USA could beat Russia in Olympic ice hockey.

Exactly. So why you posting odds as some way to take a shot at Wentz's ability to win MVP?

Except that they drafted Reagor a round too soon. That's a fail.

I fully disagree. He was one of my favorite WRs in the draft. Without a doubt worthy of the first round pick.

And in the draft threads, you couldn’t even tell anyone why you liked him besides him being fast.

are you saying Wentz is gonna stop throwing to his TEs? if so. Then yes. one of your WRs will have a chance to break a 1000 yards.

No reason for him to stop throwing to the TEs. But there is going to be the element of the big passing play down the field that the Eagles haven't been able to consistently have for a couple years now.

this is true.
Wentz isnt a great tight window thrower.
So if they want him to go down field it has to be over the top, which is why they got speedsters. just huck it & hope for the best. (he is comfortable at throwing it under ten yards)

Just throwing it as far as you can hoping your WR out ran the coverage doesnt take a ton of skill.
Eli used to do that with his eyes closed! (True story)

I like Reagor over Jefferson for sure. He reminds me too much of Agholor and I don't want another 1st round WR that will only end up cutting it in the slot. Would have been fine with Mims though.

The big issues is not trading up for Lamb when he started to drop and instead letting him fall to the Cowboys.
When stating Jefferson over reagor...
You're really going to post mock drafts as if they mean anything. I think Reagor has a lot more upside to offer. He's both fast and quick. He is short but he has some extremely impressive leaping ability. The Eagles need speed at WR. That has been the biggest fault of our offense the past two seasons. He gives that to the Eagles. He had some drops but he also had some really bad QB play. I like his potential upside a lot more than the "safer" Justin Jefferson.

My comp for him has always been a less physical but faster Steve Smith. That is what he reminds me of. A smaller guy who is built and will go up and get a ball. And if that is what he can develop into then I will take that because I thought Steve Smith was legit. Borderline Hall of Fame WR on the outside looking in. I'll take that.
Your analysis basically when questioned on him is

“he’s quic and fast” Also “he’s short but can leap”

I mean solid solid analysis...

Yeah, he has elite vertical ability to go with game breaking speed. He is a constant big play threat for an offense that desperately needs that at WR. He isn't just a guy that can run fast in a straight line, he has great agility and if you throw the ball up for him (Wentz loves to dart passes high if anything) then he has this truly impressive gifted ability to go up high and catch the ball and it is very much a part of his game.
