So this org has a tendency to dump good RBs, make stupid financial decisions regarding players, lose good LBs... This is the 90s all over again. Wait a minute, is Mike Martz somehow running the show behind the scenes???

You know what... i'll let it all play out 1st but it just seems like this is just Karma from KW all over again.

Good running backs? Jackson and Faulk, were treated well. Is Gurley even good anymore, he averaged less than 4 yards a carry last year, had only one run that went for over 20 yards last year and that was for 25 yards, the drops, the attitude.

Bad financial decisions? Tru, Jenkins, Joyner, Watkins, Suh, etc. Only Saffold was worth investing into.

To be clear, Floyd wouldn’t replace the production of Fowler. He’s not going to put up 11.5 sacks and consistently get to the quarterback the way Fowler did last season. However, Floyd is a quality run defender on the edge, more so than Fowler is.

His length allows him to keep from getting eaten up by blockers, disengaging well in order to make the tackle.

We are planning to do a lot of draft day trading finding value players in rounds 3 through 6. So McSnead are going rid the Rams of bloated contracts, gain enough to give Ramsy a big contract, and then find value players in rounds three through six who cost less by trading down.

Gurley deserves the money way more than Goff did. But the Rams FO got a little carried away with both. The Goff contract was pure stupidity

The reason Robey-Coleman was shown the door is because, in the opinion of the new DC, David Long is ready to be a starter. Long is more versatile on D than R-C as R-C was primarily a slot defender and little else and Long can play a number of positions in the secondary and is a better player.

Floyd got his sacks on 3rd down last year, timely sacks.

Goff extension is what every team does, Wentz doesn't deserve neither does Dak but that is the norm.

CJ Anderson looked better running the ball than Gurley, at times so has Brown

That is how you're suppose to play, plan on playing its a run, than recognize if it is pass. Some of our star DE's play every down trying to rush the passer.

FYI, Trumaine Johnson has been cut by the Jets and Janoris Jenkins is out of football and may retire. Only Robert Quinn got the big money with the Bears during this FA period.

Bears outbid themselves for Quinn, now trade for Foles, that is real costly mistakes.

Also, the rumors out of Ramsland is McVay wants to go with Brown and Henderson this year as McSnead are planning on drafting yet another TE. The reason: McVay wants to incorporate more of the Jumbo offense this year and that requires TEs and a fullback.

Gurley is good as gone and they may find a trade partner on draft day if no one picks him up before then.

The Rams are keeping Johnny Mundt and Coleman Shelton with ERFA tenders which both players have already signed.

Every offseason tough decisions have to be made, you can't keep everyone. Those guys hitting their first big contracts, besides tagging them you most likely end up losing them at some point. Free agency is fools gold, while drafting remains king, at some point, kids have to play. Who doesn't want to see what OGBO, Henderson and Kiser can do? Who doesn't want to see Rapp and Higbee continue to get better?

I am beginning to warm-up to the notion that McSnead had to do what they are doing. In fact, part of last year's drafts selections was to prepare for what the Rams are doing this FA period. Although I think the real mistake was not re-signing Littleton. McSnead are quite adept at the draft, especially when we are missing a first round pick for nearly the last four years.

What percentage of players give the team that developed them discounts? Very low percentage most of the time, its older veterans that still love the game, want to go home like a Weddle or Matthews.
