no, that was a guy celebrating before the endzone and it called called back because of that


this was last year I think, and the guy thought he scored (he stepped out right before goaline I think), then he spiked the ball or some dumb shit and got flagged for excessive celebration... they were going to take the 15 yards on the kickoff until the play was reviewed and they determined he stepped out... then the put the 15 yards on the end of the play
