I was fucked up for the first few hours after it happened as it didn't feel real at that point then was good for the next couple of hours but now i'm fucked up again as reality is setting in that Kobe is really gone

Only two other deaths in my lifetime have been as shocking and as horrible, and i doubt that youre old enough to remember them. The John F Kennedy assissnation in 1963 and the Martin Luthern King assissnation in 1968. Some people would probably consider Robert Kennedy's murder as big and devastating, but i wasnt old enough care about politics and many people will argue the Michael Jacksons death was equally as big, and i was extremely shocked, but not nearly as take .as back because 1. Michael was older and 2. Most likely a pedo where Kobe was simply above reproach. So this will take you a few weeks to adjust and as you get older, you will see people die young. its part of life and always hurts

From my understanding of helicopters, which isn't much, a pilot can control it pretty well going down even with total engine failure. This scenario is more likely than spinning out of control.

I used to know a few vets who came out of the Vietnam war and could handle a copter in the toughest situations, but it sounds like they crashed into mountain due to no visibilty

I think the act of having sex was definitely consensual, but she maybe didn't like how he got a bit rough with her after it was over. Some of what they did sexually, according to Kobe's own testimony, included things Kobe liked to do, but perhaps she didn't like some of those specific things or was surprised by them. Or maybe all the parts were consensual and it was just simple regret on her part.

But yeah, a girl with multiple other guys' jizz in her panties at the time certainly doesn't come across as being an unwilling participant in sex or even right in the head for that matter.
