My son said that week.
When is the cut off to decide coaches for all star game?
Its always a good thing to have top players around our coaching staff for a week.

Roughly 2 weeks prior to the game so superbowl sunday I believe

Seconded. You're doing something right when guys talk excessively about you when you're not around. It's a mind-control edge.

lol

Yep, nothing says "mind control edge" like folks mocking you and talking about what an idiot you are.

Ya know, kind of like they do about you.

“I am sure the Cavs could have spent a shit ton of money on mediocre players like the Heat have done- but I guess I just dont value an 8 seed and a first round ass whooping as much as acquiring a high lotto pick, and renting out cap space to get an additional 2 first rounders and 6 2nd rounders.

I guess trading away picks and ruining your cap space to get the 8th seed and a first round ass whooping is preferable to tanking. Hey- to each their own.”

Meanwhile in Cleveland......

I spoke with John Beilein when he was the BB coach at West Virginia. He told me the first thing he did when taking over the program was to get rid of the thugs on the team. I have no problem with it.

But they look good.

6 years since LeBron left.
Certainly not 6 years of true rebuild.
Riley was actually set back a few seasons because of the picks he had to give up, being blindsided, and Boshs illness.

The turnaround is from a couple exceptional drafts and evaluating G league talent, plus getting Butler.

Even they had to build through the draft. No wade, they never get Lebron either and they have 0 championships...It still comes down to drafting right...Hit or miss league imho

There not the Celtics or the Lakers, they have never really been a powerhouse, and this team now is fools gold, they would be better off tanking for a pick, they have close to the same chance as the cavs to win it all this year...basically 0 imho

They were one game from the conference finals in year 2 of the rebuild. If we're being honest, this is only year 4 of the rebuild.

I'll say the rebuild started when Wade went to Chicago.

In the 3 years prior to this season, they finished .500 or better 2x and made the playoffs once.

Better pick? Lol
Heat doing just fine with their picks.
Cavs ‘top’ picks couldn’t lick Bam, Herro, or Nunns boots.

Just Cavs fans being Cavs fans.
Either hating or commenting while uninformed.
Someone needs to carry on Wiggs legacy of idiocy

At the halfway point of the year, Miami's at the 2-seed in the East and has the 3rd best record in the entire league. How do you equate Miami and Cleveland having the same chance at winning it all this year when Miami's going to be in the playoffs whereas Cleveland was eliminated from the playoffs as soon as the season started.

Your dumbass needs to go and take statistics to understand probabilities, fucking loser.

Cavs traded a number of picks, as well, in order to stay competitive. And they had to plan as though Lebron would stay. Stop making excuses.

if you say so.

But if you do, I'd be more inclined to rip GS who let Nunn get away.

Heat did sign and trades for both Bosh and James.
Cavs got James back while the Cavs still had those picks.

Excuse?

Try fact.
