Tennessee. But that’s it.

Yeah, I honestly might be caught in a time warp on that one thinking of Tennessee from the 90s... A case can certainly be made that they don't belong anywhere on this list...

Again, genius. I was talking about Riley’s ability to recruit and develop and implement an elite offense. Georgia’s offense is what’s been keeping that program from going on a run like Bama or Clemson. I was not putting Riley in the tier of head coaches that include Saban, Dabo, or Urban as a head coach. Reading comprehension matters.

LOL........Let's have a look at them there Total Defenses...

Houston:....... 118th
South Dakota:.FCS
UCLA:........... 112th
Texas Tech:.... 125th
Kansas:......... 122nd
Texas:........... 108th
West Virginia:..75th
Kansas St:.......45th (L) by 7
Iowa St...........43rd Won by 1 point
Baylor.............39th Won by 3 points
TCU:...............28th Won by 4 points
Okie Jr:.......... 86th

The average Total Defenses of Oklahoma's first 6 opponents (omitting FCS South Dakota) is 110th

Once OU got to defenses ranked in the Top 50 they barely scraped by.

You are delusional.

In the 3 wins against teams with Top 50 defenses (by 1 pt, 3 pts, and 4 pts), Oklahoma averaged 34.6 points per game.

That is good enough for 23rd nationally for Scoring Offense.

But Lincoln Riley elite offense en sech.

He’s had the #1 offense since coming to Oklahoma and put up plenty of points on quality defenses during his time. Quit being obtuse just because you want to argue.

Go look at how many times Hurts has turned the ball over the season. That might give you a hint. Riley has had historic offenses since coming to Norman and put up points on plenty of good defenses, but go ahead and try to argue your point based off three games with a good but not great passer for a quarterback who likes to turn the ball over. :L

No need to be "obtuse" when I have statistics readily available.

He's feeding off of a bad conference.

His best OOC win was Ohio St in 2017. A 31 point outing. Good enough for 44th nationally in Scoring Offense.
The same Ohio St defense that Iowa put 55 points on.

Oklahoma's OOC Scoring Defenses since Lincoln Riley

2017

UTEP: 118th
Tulane: 84th

2018

Fla Atlantic: 92nd
UCLA:....... 104th
Army:....... 10th (G5) (Win 28-21) 28 points was good enough for 76th place nationally in Scoring Offense in 2018.

2019

Houston:.. 118th (G5)
S. Dakota: FCS
UCLA:...... 112th

Lincoln Riley offensive guru en sech.

I love how you cherry pick and ignore stats that don’t make your point. What’s TCUs defense been ranked when he’s blitzed them? What was Georgia’s defense ranked when he put up 40+ on them? How about Bama last year when his offense put up nearly 35 points on them?

You think I’m so stupid I can’t see what you’re doing? Take a fucking lap, sport. Go worry about your own shitty program.

You are arguing against 'actual' numbers straight off of NCAA Stats. LOL

Carry on, Slick

You want actual numbers? Oklahoma has a top 3 offense in the country again. And that’s not based off three cherry picked games in which our quarterback committed 6 total turnovers. Deal with it, corn cob.

When all else fails, distract to (4-8), (4-8), (5-7) Nebraska.

Nice job OD.

And you ignore the times Oklahoma puts up plenty of points against good defenses over the course of Riley’s tenure. Try again.

Who are these good defenses you speak of?

They certainly aren't in the Bigxii
