Go look at how many times Hurts has turned the ball over the season. That might give you a hint. Riley has had historic offenses since coming to Norman and put up points on plenty of good defenses, but go ahead and try to argue your point based off three games with a good but not great passer for a quarterback who likes to turn the ball over.
