Man that Dante is one creepy doc. I get the feeling he's intentionally making people sick for some reason. Either he's a mole working for the Whisperers or he's doing it to increase his value to the community.

Last week they showed the whisperers poisoning the water supply by killing and draining dead in the creek. I don’t think it is supposed to be a mystery why Alexandria is getting sick.

I didn't see Talking Dead but apparently they confirm it was fanboy who let him out.

I took that quote above at face value and didn't pick up on the apparent sarcasm. I guess what he was really saying was "So you're really not going to thank me?"

Curious that someone like that (not only a nobody but a former savior) would have the means to let him out. Also if he did have the means and worshipped him so much then I wonder why he waited so long. I get the sudden urgency given that Negan was on trial for murder but he had 6 or 7 years to do it before then. You would think the fact that he was on trial for murder would make it more difficult for a nobody like him to have access.

Whatever the case, I'm glad he's dead. He was annoying.

LOL, you have to suspend reality and common sense for a TV show like this.

The Showrunner wouldn't confirm that is the cause of the sickness. Seems that is what is supposed to be but maybe they are going to throw a twist in it.

That was a great twist but I have a problem.

He's been there for months and there's only a couple of hundred people there (at most). How did he not get his cover blown by Lidia? She instantly recognized the redshirt that got captured so you would think she would know someone important enough that Alpha would send in on a deep cover mission.

This is the second time the TV writers have taken a second stab at a single book event. This tells me that they are not planning ahead very well. Does that fall on Angela Kang?

the first one was the Governor attacking the Prison (this was due to a change in Show Runner) and this one is the attack on Lydia (first pass was the attack on Enid)

It's been a lot better since she took over for gimple.

I always thought something was off about Dante and there was something creepy about him but never guessed he was a whisperer. They showed someone in jail next week and the preview and I am guessing it is Dante. I read somewhere he is going to be questioned by Darryl and Carol and there is disagreement between the two and what to do about it.

This is a big swerve from the comics. Dante is a biggish character in the books, but a good guy. They used his name for this character just to swerve the readers. Well done.

in the books, he is kinda goofy, so his awkwardness fit.

Well apparently the reason why Lydia didn't know Dante was because he wasn't with the Whisperers for very long. And apparently how he got to Alexandria was he joined another small group of survivors or something like that.
