The year we played st.louis in the World Series. I’m genuinely excited to watch this team play everyday. We have so many dangerous bats.

I guess since this has only been a half season I would say the last half of the 2015 season compares favorably to this one.

2012 was a pretty good year as well, but those guys were supposed to do well.

You are letting your hatred of Banny cloud your memory. That was a fantastic run in that second half. We went 47-34. Also, Banny didn't lose us the series against Toronto that year.

If you hate Banny and Odor so much, then remember the present GM was/is responsible for both of them, so in that sense we are in the same boat now as in 2015.

My thoughts exactly. I am not really in the buying mode so I would be okay with standing pat unless we can trade some position players for some pitching help especially in the BP.

The trade is looking good now. It just took awhile. Calhoun deserves a lot of credit for developing a positive attitude and getting into shape.

True. On trades involving youth have to wait it out and see what becomes of it. And sometimes the person you think was the star of the trade may not be. In this case maybe we will get two out of it.
