I really hope Wentz has a good season. His last 2 were shit and now he has to stare at Foles statue every day, not to mention the Big Dick Nick shirts if he doesn't come out flying. Fingers crossed!

I mean, if Carson only throws 26 TDs this season, either we have a dominant running game with multiple 1,000 yard rushers or we are 8-8. This ain't 1995. That would have been tied for 12th in the NFL last season.

If he plays the full year he would need to be up around 35+ minimum in our offense. He had 33 in 2017 before getting hurt.

I am honestly how you can even come up with the statement that Wentz last 2 season were shit unless you mean because of injuries. Otherwise his numbers do not even remotely support that claim. He was putting up MVP numbers when he got hurt and last year he put up numbers while hurt that most QB's would love to have. He was the 7th rated QB in the NFL last year and is numbers would account for 4500 yards and 30 TD's over a 16 game period and he completed 70% of his passes.

That probably not a fair presumption. I’m pretty sure there is no one here who doesn’t see Foles as a Philly legend. It’s just that....we don’t see it as an either or.

It’s possible to see Foles as a legend we will always be grateful for, and also be supportive of Wentz.

The team didn’t have a breakup in 8th grade with Foles and than start dating Wentz.

If you want to argue Wentz was having a down season before getting hurt last year, fine. But to claim he was bad the season before is laughable. The guy was looking like the MVP of the league before he got hurt. He had 33 TDs and 7 INTs in the 13 games he played in during 2017, counting the game he didn't finish. So he was on pace for a 40+ TD season.
