Our lineups are similar but we have two different positions:

You have Kyrie, I have Kemba
You have Butler, I have Kawhi.

I just think Kawhi is so much better than Butler, the slight difference in Kemba and Kyrie doesn't close the gap. Kawhi is arguably the best two-way player in the game. The clutchness of Kyrie won't play an impact as much bc you have Kawhi and Lebron imo
All good points. what did it for me is I've seen Kyrie (and Lebron) beat GS.

Unrelated to the playoffs, but the All-NBA teams were released. Klay got left, which has to give the Warriors ownership a sigh of relief as he's not eligible for the super max.

To beat the Warriors?

$5: Giannis
$4: PG
$2: Simmons, Beal
$1: Booker

$1 left over.

Switch everything defense with great defenders in Giannis, PG and Simmons and Beal being a pretty quality defender too. Booker is there to floor space but I also like his play making ability slightly better than McCollum too.

It nullifies the Warriors P&R offense, allows their team defense to play straight up and switch everything also has their own mismatches on offense based on who defends them. All 5 are quality ball handlers and play makers in their own right with 3 very good shooters in PG, Beal and Booker.

I see a lot of people taking Gobert here and can't blame them for the $1 value, but Gobert isn't as effective against the Warriors. I don't think I would choose him if I could get another mismatch elsewhere.

I mean tbh he's not far off that third all-nba team, but him not making it cost him about 32M. That's a whole extra season's worth of value for a top tier guy.

I'm not sure if he's upset at the money or the recognition, but he has a right to be upset at the very least in context of money.

Klay has to release he is a great shooter but more a product of the team and system. His numbers just didn't do it for ALL-NBA.

I'm sure you will do just fine with your $38M a year, crybaby. Life is hard.

Dude is such a bitch.

Put him on Charlotte instead of Kemba? Are they magically some 45-50 win team?

I also don't think he knows all nba is an individual/regular season award so making the finals 5X means absolutely nothing

LOL. When did you just automatically hate everyone who's played for the Warriors. LMAO.

When your case for making the all nba team is i been to 5 straight finals.

All NBA is not a team accomplishment.....

100% agree. But calling him a bitch because a guy believes himself to be one of the top 6 guards in the NBA when he finished 8th is a bit much don't you think. He lost out on a super max contract too. It's not this was just bragging rights for him.

I'll patiently wait....

And just to be clear, I have no issues with Klay not making it. Everyone who made it above him absolutely deserved it. Also with the way Beal played all year too I have no problems with him being voted ahead of Klay too.

As a Warrior fan, I'm actually pretty happy because it means that the Warriors have further financial flexibility to keep their roster in tact for the foreseeable future. But ya'll calling him a cry-baby and such is just LOL.

Maybe he should have played better in the regular season if it meant so much to him.
